Rewards & Withdrawal Policy - Earning by Project-BHV

1. REWARD UNIT ($EPB)

The Platform uses two internal reward units: "$EPB" (Earning Points Balance) and "Points".

$EPB is a withdrawable reward unit with a redemption value determined by Earning by Project-BHV and may be adjusted at any time. $EPB is not legal tender, electronic money, a bank deposit, investment product, security, or cryptocurrency.

Points are a non-withdrawable gamification score used for rank progression, market trading, and as withdrawal fuel (100 Points per 1 $EPB).

$EPB cannot be purchased directly with real money. Users may only earn $EPB through legitimate platform activities as described in this policy.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, adjust, increase, decrease, suspend, replace, or discontinue the value, earning rate, or redemption rate of $EPB and Points at any time without prior notice.

2. EARNING REWARDS

Users may earn $EPB through the following methods:

Completing tasks made available on the Platform.
Referral commissions (see Section 10).
Daily Collector — claim a random reward between 10 and 500 $EPB each day (streak tracked weekly, Monday through Sunday).
Staking Pool rewards — stake $EPB and earn passive rewards at 1% per day (requires 50 approved tasks today).
Digital Work marketplace — sell digital services to other users (requires 80 approved tasks today to sell).
Gift Card giveaways — win prizes through random selection (requires 60 approved tasks today).
Market trading — exchange Points for $EPB at the platform exchange rate (requires 40 approved tasks today).
Crypto Market (Pending) — trade $EPB's own internal currencies with no real-world value outside the platform. Withdrawable to your wallet. Not real BTC/ETH/SOL. Feature under development (requires 20 approved tasks today when released).
Red Packets — claim $EPB or crypto tokens sent by other users (requires 30 approved tasks today).
Other earning methods as may be added by the Platform from time to time.

Users may also earn Points (a separate non-withdrawable currency) through daily login bonuses (+500/day), task submissions (+500), task approvals (+1000), and referral signups. Points are used for rank progression and as withdrawal fuel.

All earnings are subject to verification. Rewards obtained through invalid, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be reversed.

The Platform does not offer any investment, deposit, or interest-bearing features. No financial return is guaranteed.

3. REWARD ADJUSTMENTS

The Platform reserves the right to modify earning rates, reward structures, redemption values, and task availability at any time. This includes but is not limited to:

Changing withdrawal rates at any time.
Changing earning rates at any time.
Removing or adding tasks at any time.
Suspending the website or platform without prior notice when necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

4. BALANCE AND EXPIRY

User $EPB balances do not expire under normal circumstances.

However, the Platform reserves the right to implement an inactivity policy in the future. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or platform activity) for an extended period, such as 3 consecutive months or more, may be subject to account cleanup procedures, including forfeiture of balance and account termination.

Users will be notified of any inactivity policy changes before enforcement.

5. TRANSFERS AND MARKETPLACE

Direct transfer of $EPB between users is not supported at this time.

The Platform operates an internal Market where users may exchange Points for $EPB at a fixed rate of 1 $EPB = 20,000 Points (minimum Level 10 required). A service fee applies to market transactions as displayed on the Market page.

Unauthorized peer-to-peer transfer, sale, or exchange of $EPB outside of official Platform mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

6. KYC REQUIREMENTS

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all withdrawals, regardless of amount. Users must complete KYC approval before any withdrawal request will be processed.

Users must submit accurate, genuine, and unaltered identity documents. Submission of forged, altered, stolen, borrowed, manipulated, AI-generated, or misleading documents will result in:

Withdrawal rejection.
Account suspension.
Permanent account termination.
Transfer of balance to the Platform.
Complete ban of the associated IP address and device from future registration.
Restriction of future platform access.

7. WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

Withdrawals may be requested through the account dashboard by eligible users who have completed KYC verification and completed 90 approved tasks today.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 $EPB. A "fuel" cost of 100 Points per 1 $EPB withdrawn is deducted from the user's Point balance upon withdrawal request.

Withdrawal frequency is governed by a rank-based cooldown system (see Section 13). Users may only have one pending withdrawal request at a time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to admin review and approval. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and verification requirements.

Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, security reviews, or verification checks.

8. WITHDRAWAL METHODS

Supported withdrawal methods may include:

Easypaisa
JazzCash
Bank Transfer
Other methods added in the future

Withdrawal method availability may vary by region and is subject to change.

9. WITHDRAWAL HOLDS AND REVIEWS

Withdrawal requests may be delayed, suspended, canceled, or manually reviewed if suspicious activity is detected.

Examples of triggers for review include:

Unusual earning patterns.
Identity inconsistencies.
Multiple-account indicators.
VPN or proxy usage indicators.
Referral abuse indicators.
Security concerns.

Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the user before processing begins. Once processed, reversals are subject to the payment provider's policies.

10. REFERRAL COMMISSION

The Platform offers a referral program where users may earn commission rewards for referring new users.

Referral commissions are structured as follows:

Commissions are paid on a lifetime basis.
Commissions extend up to ten (10) generations of referred users.
Referral rewards are granted only when referred users complete legitimate and valid platform activities.

Referral abuse, including self-referrals, circular referrals, fake referrals, or any manipulation of the referral system, is strictly prohibited.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, reduce, suspend, or terminate the referral program or any commission rates at any time.

11. TASK REWARD DISTRIBUTION

Each task reward is distributed as follows:

70% credited to the user's $EPB balance
25% retained by the Platform as an admin fee
5% distributed as referral commissions across ten generations (see Section 10)

12. POINTS SYSTEM

Points are a non-withdrawable gamification score. They are earned through platform activity and used for rank progression, market trading, and withdrawal fuel.

Earning Points: Daily login (+500), task submission (+500), first-time task approval (+1000), referral signups (+200 to +20 per generation), withdrawal approval.

Losing Points: Task rejection (-1000), missed login days (-500/day), withdrawal rejection (-5000).

Spending Points: 100 Points are consumed as "fuel" for every 1 $EPB withdrawn.

13. RANK SYSTEM AND WITHDRAWAL COOLDOWN

Users are assigned a Rank based on their highest-ever Points balance. Ranks consist of 14 main tiers (Bronze through Grand Master Oogway), each with 5 sub-tiers (V through I).

Rank determines how frequently a user may withdraw:

Grand Master Oogway (10M+ pts): Unlimited
Transcendent (5M): every 3 days
Legendary (2M): weekly
Mythic (500K): every 10 days
Elite (100K): every 15 days
Ultimate Legend (45K): every 20 days
Conqueror (40K): every 25 days
Master Dominator (35K): monthly
Dominator (30K): every 2 months
Ace (25K): every 3 months
Crown (20K): every 4 months
Diamond (15K): every 5 months
Gold (10K): every 6 months
Silver (5K): every 8 months
Bronze (0): once a year

14. CRYPTO MARKET (PENDING)

The Crypto Market is currently under development and not yet active (requires 20 approved tasks today when released).

When launched, the Crypto Market will allow users to trade $EPB's own internal currencies — not real cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, or SOL. These internal currencies:

Have zero value outside the Earning by Project-BHV platform
Cannot be traded, bought, or sold on any external exchange or marketplace
Can be withdrawn to the user's wallet as part of a standard $EPB withdrawal
Are not listed on CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, or any crypto tracking platform

This feature is designed as a gamification element within the $EPB ecosystem — not as a real cryptocurrency trading service.

15. RED PACKETS

The Red Packet feature (requires 30 approved tasks today) allows users to send $EPB or crypto tokens to other users in a gamified format.

Senders choose a total amount, number of packets, and distribution mode (random or fixed). Recipients enter a claim code to receive a random or equal portion. Packets can be set to expire after 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days.

Unclaimed amounts are returned to the sender upon expiry.

16. FEES

Platform fees, if any, will be clearly displayed before a withdrawal is confirmed. Third-party payment processor fees may also apply and are the responsibility of the user.

The Platform may introduce, adjust, or remove fees at any time with or without prior notice.

17. FRAUD AND CHARGEBACKS

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, fake KYC documents, multiple accounts, VPN/proxy usage, automated activity, or abuse of the reward system, will result in:

Account suspension or permanent termination.
Forfeiture of all rewards, commissions, and balances.
Reversal of all earnings obtained through fraudulent means.
Permanent ban of associated IP addresses, devices, and identities.

18. ACCOUNT INACTIVITY

Users who do not log in or engage in any platform activity for a period of 3 consecutive months or more may have their account flagged for inactivity.

The Platform reserves the right to permanently delete inactive accounts and forfeit any associated balance after providing reasonable notice to the user.

19. POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify this Rewards & Withdrawal Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

21. DIGITAL WORK EARNINGS

Users who sell digital services on the Platform receive their earnings in a dedicated Digital Work wallet balance (dw_balance), separate from the main $EPB balance.

Upon buyer approval of a completed order, 60% of the order value is credited to the seller's dw_balance. The remaining 40% is retained by the Platform as a service fee.

Sellers may withdraw funds from their dw_balance to their main $EPB balance at any time. Once transferred to the main balance, standard withdrawal rules and KYC requirements apply.

Orders that are disputed and resolved in the seller's favor will also release payment to the seller's dw_balance.

22. POINTS SYSTEM DETAILS

Points are tracked via a transaction log (point_transactions) and are categorized by type. Points may be earned or spent through the following transaction types:

task_reward: 70% of task reward credited as $EPB
task_gross: Full task reward recorded for auditing
admin_fee: 25% admin fee on each task
referral_commission: Referral earnings from task rewards
referral_signup: Points awarded for new referral signups
daily_login: +500 Points for each daily login
missed_login: -500 Points for each missed day
withdraw_fuel: Points consumed for withdrawal fuel
task_approve: +1000 Points for first-time task approval
task_reject: -1000 Points for rejected task
withdraw_reject: -5000 Points for rejected withdrawal
empty_gen_pool: Unfilled referral generation slots credited to admin

23. DAILY COLLECTOR

The Daily Collector feature allows users to claim a random reward between 10 and 500 $EPB once per calendar day.

Rewards are credited directly to the user's main $EPB balance upon claim. A streak counter tracks consecutive daily claims within a Monday-to-Sunday week. The streak resets at the start of each new week (Monday).

The claim reward is displayed in an animated popup showing the amount earned and current streak status.
