Terms & Conditions - Earning by Project-BHV

1. ELIGIBILITY

Users must be at least 18 years of age.

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old.
All information submitted is accurate and current.
You are legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users must register using a valid email address.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining account security.
Protecting your password.
All activity performed through your account.

Only one account is permitted per person unless expressly authorized by the Platform.

3. PLATFORM REWARDS

The Platform provides users opportunities to earn internal reward units known as "$EPB" (Earning Points Balance) and "Points".

$EPB is the primary withdrawable reward unit. It is not legal tender, electronic money, a bank deposit, investment product, security, or cryptocurrency.

Points are a non-withdrawable gamification score used for rank progression, market trading, and as "fuel" for withdrawals (100 Points per 1 $EPB withdrawn).

The Platform reserves the right to modify, adjust, increase, decrease, suspend, replace, or discontinue the value, earning rate, redemption rate, or functionality of $EPB and Points at any time without prior notice.

4. WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawal requests are subject to admin approval. Users must complete identity verification (KYC) before becoming eligible for withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 $EPB. A "fuel" cost of 100 Points per 1 $EPB withdrawn is deducted from the user's Point balance at the time of withdrawal.

Withdrawal frequency is governed by a rank-based cooldown (see Section 9). The Platform also limits users to one pending withdrawal request at a time.

Supported withdrawal methods may include:

Easypaisa
JazzCash
Bank Transfer
Other methods added in the future

Minimum withdrawal thresholds and fuel costs may be changed at any time.

5. KYC REQUIREMENTS

The Platform may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals.

Submission of forged, altered, stolen, borrowed, manipulated, or misleading verification documents is strictly prohibited.

The Platform reserves the right to:

Reject KYC submissions.
Suspend accounts.
Permanently terminate accounts.
Cancel pending withdrawals.
Void balances and earnings.
Restrict future access.

6. FRAUD AND ABUSE

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Multiple accounts.
VPN usage.
Proxy usage.
Bot activity.
Automated interactions.
Fake traffic.
Device manipulation.
Referral abuse.
Artificial task completion.
Click fraud.
Ad fraud.
Identity fraud.
Any attempt to manipulate rewards.

The Platform may investigate any account at its sole discretion.

If fraudulent activity is detected or reasonably suspected, the Platform may:

Suspend the account.
Permanently terminate the account.
Cancel earnings.
Reverse rewards.
Reject withdrawals.
Retain investigation records.
Block future registrations.

7. POINTS SYSTEM

Points are a non-withdrawable gamification score earned through platform activity. Points determine a user's Rank and govern withdrawal cooldowns.

Earning Points:

Task submissions: +500 per submission
Task approval (first time per task): +1000
Daily login: +500 per day
Referral signups: +200 (gen 1), +170 (gen 2), +150 (gen 3), +130 (gen 4), +100 (gen 5), +80 (gen 6), +60 (gen 7), +50 (gen 8), +40 (gen 9), +20 (gen 10)
Withdrawal approval: variable

Losing Points:

Task rejection: -1000 per rejection
Missed login days: -500 per missed day
Withdrawal rejection: -5000 per rejection

Spending Points: Points are consumed as "fuel" at a rate of 100 Points per 1 $EPB withdrawn from the Platform.

8. RANK SYSTEM

Users are assigned a Rank based on their highest-ever Points balance. Ranks consist of 14 main tiers, each with 5 sub-tiers (V through I):

Bronze (0 pts), Silver (5K), Gold (10K), Diamond (15K), Crown (20K), Ace (25K)
Dominator (30K), Master Dominator (35K), Conqueror (40K), Ultimate Legend (45K)
Elite (100K), Mythic (500K), Legendary (2M), Transcendent (5M)
Grand Master Oogway (10M+) — special scaling sub-tiers

Rank determines withdrawal cooldown duration (see Section 9). Higher ranks grant more frequent withdrawal privileges.

9. WITHDRAWAL COOLDOWN

Withdrawal frequency is governed by the user's highest-ever Points balance:

Grand Master Oogway (10M+ pts): Unlimited (no cooldown)
Transcendent (5M): once every 3 days
Legendary (2M): once a week
Mythic (500K): once every 10 days
Elite (100K): once every 15 days
Ultimate Legend (45K): once every 20 days
Conqueror (40K): once every 25 days
Master Dominator (35K): once a month
Dominator (30K): once every 2 months
Ace (25K): once every 3 months
Crown (20K): once every 4 months
Diamond (15K): once every 5 months
Gold (10K): once every 6 months
Silver (5K): once every 8 months
Bronze (0): once a year

Users who have never withdrawn before are exempt from the cooldown for their first withdrawal.

10. REFERRAL PROGRAM

The Platform offers a referral program where users may earn commission rewards for referring new users. Referral commissions are distributed from a 5% pool of each task reward across ten (10) generations:

Generation 1: 20% of pool (1.0% of reward)
Generation 2: 17% of pool (0.85% of reward)
Generation 3: 15% of pool (0.75% of reward)
Generation 4: 13% of pool (0.65% of reward)
Generation 5: 10% of pool (0.50% of reward)
Generation 6: 8% of pool (0.40% of reward)
Generation 7: 6% of pool (0.30% of reward)
Generation 8: 5% of pool (0.25% of reward)
Generation 9: 4% of pool (0.20% of reward)
Generation 10: 2% of pool (0.10% of reward)

Referral rewards are granted only when referred users complete legitimate and valid activities. Any generation slot not occupied by an active referred user is credited to the Platform as "empty gen pool" earnings.

Referral abuse, including self-referrals, circular referrals, fake referrals, or any manipulation of the referral system, is strictly prohibited.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, reduce, suspend, or terminate the referral program or any commission rates at any time.

11. ADVERTISING

The Platform may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.

Users must not manipulate, automate, force, incentivize, or fraudulently interact with advertisements.

Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.

12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine such action is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational stability, or business purposes.

13. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Platform may be modified, suspended, discontinued, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earning by Project-BHV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. DIGITAL WORK MARKETPLACE

The Platform offers a Digital Work marketplace where users may list and purchase digital services ("Gigs").

Gig Creation: Users may create and list up to three (3) Gigs simultaneously. Each Gig must be approved by the Platform before becoming visible to buyers. Gig creation requires 80 approved tasks completed today (Sell access).

Purchasing Gigs: Users may purchase Gigs after completing 70 approved tasks today (Browse access). Buyers must provide a valid .com email address when hiring. Payment is held by the Platform until order completion.

Order Completion: Upon seller marking an order as complete, the buyer may review and approve the delivered work. Upon buyer approval, 60% of the order value is credited to the seller's Digital Work wallet and 40% is retained by the Platform as a service fee.

Disputes: If a buyer rejects a completed order, the order enters a dispute state. The buyer must provide a reason for rejection. The seller may submit an appeal. The Platform administrator reviews the dispute and may either refund the buyer or release payment to the seller.

Seller Ban: Sellers found to be in violation of Platform policies may have their Digital Work access restricted via a temporary or permanent ban applied to their account.

18. GIFT CARD GIVEAWAYS

The Platform may offer Gift Card giveaways from time to time. Only one active Gift Card giveaway is permitted at any given time.

Users who have completed 60 or more approved tasks today may enter an active giveaway by paying a non-refundable entry fee. The entry fee is deducted from the user's $EPB balance upon entry.

After the scheduled reveal date, the Platform administrator will randomly select one winner from all entries. The winner receives the Gift Card prize amount credited directly to their $EPB balance.

The Platform reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any giveaway at any time.

19. STAKING POOL

The Platform provides a Staking Pool feature (requires 50 approved tasks today) where users may stake $EPB to earn rewards over time at a rate of 1% per day, continuously compounded per-second.

There is no minimum stake amount. Rewards can be claimed at any time (minimum 0.01 $EPB). Staked amounts and accrued rewards are visible in real time within the user's staking dashboard.

The Platform reserves the right to adjust staking reward rates, minimum stake amounts, and pool parameters at any time without prior notice.

20. FEATURE UNLOCK SYSTEM

Platform features are unlocked based on the number of approved tasks the user has completed today (daily reset). The following gates apply:

10 tasks — Referrals
20 tasks — Crypto Market (Pending)
30 tasks — Red Packet
40 tasks — Market
50 tasks — Staking
60 tasks — Gift Card
70 tasks — Digital Work (Browse)
80 tasks — Digital Work (Sell)
90 tasks — Wallet (Withdrawals)
100 tasks — Chat

Admin accounts bypass all feature gates. The Platform reserves the right to modify task requirements, add or remove gates, or change unlock rules at any time.

21. MARKET AND EXCHANGE

The Platform operates an internal Market (requires 40 approved tasks today) where users may trade Points for $EPB at a fixed exchange rate of 1 $EPB = 20,000 Points.

The Market uses a single liquidity pool shared by all users. Buy orders consume Points and credit $EPB to the user's balance. Sell orders consume $EPB and credit Points to the user's point balance.

The Platform reserves the right to adjust the exchange rate, add new trading pairs, or modify market rules at any time.

22. PERSON VERIFICATION

Users whose accounts have been placed on "hold" status due to policy violations may be required to complete Person Verification to regain access. This process is separate from standard KYC verification.

Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued document type, document number, and a selfie photograph holding the document. All fields are mandatory.

Submitted documents are reviewed by the Platform administrator. Upon approval, the account restriction is lifted. If documents are rejected or found to be fraudulent, the account may remain restricted or be permanently terminated.
